Health department pushes for power to cite owners of public swimming pools

If the Vanderburgh County Health Department is successful in getting County Commissioners to enact a pool-related ordinance, department inspectors will, for the first time, be allowed to write citations and issue permits, which would cost pool operators $50 a year.
